茉莉紅茶是一種以紅茶為茶胚,經茉莉花「窨制/薰香」工藝而成的花香紅茶,兼具紅茶的甜醇與茉莉花的馥郁芳香。先以紅茶工藝完成發酵、乾燥,得到茶胚,再與新鮮茉莉花多次層疊混合,讓茶葉充分吸附花香,形成「茶為骨、花為魂」的結構。
窨制完成後會將枯萎花瓣揀除,保留花香入茶而「杯中有花香、卻不見花」。
此品由非遺製茶師處理,以政和高山小葉茶作為原料,海拔高,生態環境好,加上五次窨製,滋味香甜又甘醇。
Jasmine black tea uses black tea as its base, which undergoes a jasmine flower "scenting" or fumigation process to create a floral black tea, blending the tea's sweetness with jasmine's rich fragrance.
The production starts with full fermentation and drying to form the tea embryo, followed by repeated layering with fresh jasmine flowers so the leaves fully absorb the aroma, forming a structure of "tea as the body, flower as the soul."
After scenting, withered petals are meticulously removed, ensuring the cup yields flower fragrance without visible petals. This batch, crafted by intangible cultural heritage tea masters using high-altitude small-leaf tea from Zhenghe, benefits from pristine ecology and five rounds of scenting for an exceptionally sweet, mellow flavor.
