烏龍茶 Oolong Tea

烏龍茶的茶葉加工分類上屬於綠紅黃白黑青六大茶系中的青茶，是經過部份發酵，綠葉紅邊，既有綠茶的清新，又有紅茶的甜醇。

Oolong tea belongs to the blue tea among the six major tea systems: green, red, yellow, white, black and blue. It is partially fermented, with green leaves and red edges. It has both the freshness of green tea and the sweetness of black tea.
